Do you allow pets in the apartments?

Yes, we allow pets.

Are there move-in or application fees?

Yes, we have an application fee of $65 per application and an administrative fee of $250 for the application as a whole.

What is the pet policy for specific breeds or sizes?

Maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Including, but not limited to: Pit bull terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamutes, Gelbian Malanois, St. Bernard. Breed list may change at management’s discretion.

How much is the security deposit, and when is it due?

Security deposit starts at $1000 and can go up to one month base rent depending on credit approval. You also have the option to waive the deposit and pay a $32/monthly lease lock option.

Are there other fees, such as monthly amenity fees or technology fees?

One time amenity fee of $100 at move-in. We also have a utility package monthly that is $240 for one/studios, $250 for a two bedroom and $350 for a three bedroom. This would include water/sewer, internet, pest control, trash, and parking for one vehicle. Any additional vehicle would be $50 per month.

Is parking available? Is there an additional fee for parking?

Parking is $70 per month and $50 for the second in the parking garage. It is first come first served.

Are there any restrictions on overnight guests?

Guest may not stay no more than 7 days a week.

How quickly are maintenance issues addressed?

We aim to have all maintenance requests handled within 24 hours.

Are there laundry facilities in the complex?

All units do come with a washer and dryer.

We use apartment life which engages in 2-3 events per month.

How do I report a noise complaint?

During business hours please contact the leasing office. After hours noise complaints can be made by selecting the courtesy officer option when you call the property. You can also contact the non-emergency police line at 864-271-5333. Call 911 for any emergencies.

What is your smoking policy?

We are a no smoking community.

What happens if I need to break my lease?

We offer a Buy-Out Agreement included in your Lease. It is the equivalent of 60 days notice, 2 months of base rent as a buy out fee, and repayment of any concession given during your current lease term.

How much notice is required before moving out?

We require 60 days written notice for all notices, if your contract is on a month to month basis, 30 days notice is all that is required.
